Joe
Bos, Plainwell Age 65, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. Joe was born
in Kalamazoo, on November 19, 1955, the son of Andrew John and Helen
Elizabeth (Soules) Bos. He worked for many years at The Upjohn Company. Joe
devoted his life to taking care of his youngest son, Josh, with whom he
enjoyed hanging out, taking a dip in the lake, going on boat rides and Gator
rides. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered as a kind,
loving and encouraging father. Joe is survived by his children, Melissa
(Jason) Walters of Kalamazoo, Heather (Christopher) Koziara of Byron Center,
Joseph (Jennifer) Bos of Kalamazoo, Joshua Bos of Plainwell; grandchildren,
Jacob, Maxton, Emiliana, Adelaide, Oliver, Izabela, Sullivan, and Silas;
brothers, Dave (Pat) Bos, Ron (Vicki) Bos, Jer (Marcy) Bos, Tom (Dawn) Bos;
sister, Bev VanDyken; several nieces, nephews and cousins, and countless
friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother-in-law, Ron
VanDyken.
